If you are accessing the Website from Singapore, this agreement is between you, the person accessing and/or using the Website (You) and Connor Clothing Singapore Pte Ltd (UEN 202524206D) (Connor Singapore). If you are accessing the Website from Malaysia, this agreement is made between You and [Connor Clothing Malaysia SDN. BHD.] (CRN 202501035216) (Connor Malaysia).
For the avoidance of doubt, if you are accessing the Website from a country where Connor or its affiliates already operate separate websites or business entities (such as Australia or New Zealand), these terms and conditions shall not apply to such use.
References herein to “Connor” shall refer to either Connor Singapore or to Connor Malaysia depending on country whence you access the Website, and the entity whom you purchase from.
The Website is owned and operated by Connor. Your access to or use of the Website is subject to Your agreement to and compliance with these terms and conditions.
By accessing and/or using the Website, you indicate Your acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you must stop using the Website immediately.

Payments using BNPL services
If using a third party Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) service, you are entering an agreement with that service. Refund times and processing are managed by that service and not Connor.
VIRUSES
Connor cannot guarantee that any file or program available for download and/or execution from or via this Website is free from viruses or other conditions which could damage or interfere with data, hardware or software with which it might be used. You assume all risk of use of all programs and files on this Website, and you release Connor entirely of all responsibility for any consequences of its use.

ORDERS
Invitation for You to make an Offer
Should any products be made available for purchase on the Website, they do not represent a binding offer to sell, but rather constitute an invitation for you to make Connor an offer to purchase the products (an invitation to treat) via the Website.
Products
While we do our best, we cannot guarantee that images on our Website exactly represent actual products or their packaging. In particular, the colours shown on the Website may not exactly represent the colours of our products because the colours you see on the Website depend on the colour reproduction on your computer or mobile device. Information on this Website is subject to change without notice.
Territory
Orders on the Website and deliveries may not be possible in certain locations, especially if they are remote. If Connor is not able to execute an order, Connor will inform you.
Quantity Limits
Orders are accepted only in quantities usual for households.
Confirmations
When you submit an order, we will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your order ("Order Confirmation"). This does not mean that we have accepted your order. Our acceptance of the order only takes place when the products are shipped to you – we will send you an email confirming that the products have been shipped ("Shipping Confirmation").
Stock Limitations
Errors may occur to the stated stock levels. When we are unable to ship an item already ordered, we may cancel that part of your order and you will be reimbursed or not charged accordingly.
No Changes
Please note that we cannot make or accept any changes (address, size, colour) once your order has been placed.
Right Not to Accept Orders
We reserve the right not to accept, or to cancel your order for any reason without being liable for any damages or costs other than repayment of any amount received from you in relation to the order we have cancelled.
PAYMENT
Payment Fees
Should you purchase a product on our Website, depending on circumstances, you may have to pay additional exchange rate costs and fees as charged by your credit card issuer or payment service provider. We will not be liable for any costs associated with exchange rates, bank fees or payment services.
Pricing
Any prices provided on the Website at checkout are the prices you pay. Connor is not responsible for incorrect pricing on third party websites of Connor’s products.
Retention of Ownership
Any products purchased from the Website remain the property of Connor until the payment process in Website is completed and the products are passed to the carrier.
Gift Vouchers (where available)
Gift Cards are valid for [36 months] from the date they are purchased. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash. We also cannot exchange or refund a gift card or replace a lost or stolen card.
Gift Cards are excluded from all promotions unless stated otherwise.
Gift Cards may only be redeemed on the website of the country in which they were purchased, and in the currency in which they were issued.
Gift Cards must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively to a completed purchase.
Discount Codes (where available)
Each discount code may only be used on full-priced products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code, promotion or multi-buy offer. Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively to a completed purchase.

DELIVERY AND DEFECTS
Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has been confirmed, we endeavour to deliver within [Ten (10)] days of confirming your order. The delivery time will vary depending on the shipping method chosen and the location's processing time.
Delivery Fees
All orders are subject to delivery charges. You will be shown the relevant delivery charges for your order before we ask you to confirm your order.Defects
If the delivered products have material or production defects, please lodge a return request with us immediately (see the Defective Item Return Policy below).
Defective Item Return Policy
The Connor team does a thorough inspection of all goods before they are shipped to our customers. We stand behind the quality of our products, but if you receive a defective item, you may lodge your faulty return through our customer service email contactus@connor.com.sg in Singapore or contactus@connor.com.my in Malaysia.
All returns must be supported by prior photographic evidence of the defect. Please note that Connor reserves the right to assess the claim and, at our discretion, determine whether to offer a refund, exchange, or other appropriate resolution.
GENERAL RETURN POLICY
We want you to enjoy your purchases and shopping with us, which is why we have a range of return options available to you. However, we may refuse returns where items are soiled, show signs that they have been worn, the swing ticket has been removed, or in our absolute judgment the items are no longer in the original condition.
Domestic Returns and Exchanges
You can return your online order to your local Connor Singapore store or Connor Malaysia store (depending on the entity whom you have purchased from) for free, or you can lodge an online return* for a flat rate fee of $9.60, provided that purchases from a physical store must be returned to a physical store, and cannot be returned via an online channel.

To be eligible for a refund, you will need to ensure all of the following conditions are fulfilled:
• It is within 365 days from the date of delivery.
• You have proof of purchase.
• The item has not been worn or washed and is in original condition with the swing ticket still attached.
• The item is not of the following categories:
o underwear or any other forms of intimate wear;
o swimwear; or
o any bespoke, customised or tailor-made items.
Should you prefer to exchange, we can facilitate this through any of our Connor stores. We highly suggest calling your local store to ensure stock is available.
In the event of having no receipt and/or a missing swing ticket, we will happily provide an exchange, or a credit note in any Connor store, provided the garments have not been worn.
International Returns
If you have purchased from Connor Singapore or Connor Malaysia from outside Singapore or Malaysia respectively, and wish to return your items, please find our returns address below. Please note that international returns are to be organised and covered by the customer.

PAYPAL REFUNDS
Items purchased via PayPal can now be returned to any of our stores or via our postal options.
If returning the items to a store, 3 forms of I.D. are required to initiate a PayPal return.
1. Proof of Purchase - The purchasing customer's name on the I.D. should be identifiable.
2. Photo I.D. - The name on the I.D. must match that of the online receipt (e.g. drivers license).
3. Credit Card - The name on the credit card the customer wishes to refund onto must match the name on your online receipt and your photo I.D.
MISCELLANEOUS
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms, including non-contractual disputes, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you are accessing the Website from Malaysia or purchasing from Connor Malaysia, nothing in these terms shall be construed to exclude or restrict any rights ordinarily afforded to you under Malaysian law.
Severance
If any provision in these terms is unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable in a jurisdiction, then that provision is to be read down or severed to the extent of the issue, and that fact does not affect the validity and enforceability of that provision in another jurisdiction or of any remaining provisions.
No waiver
Any failure or delay by us in enforcing (in whole or in part) any provision of these terms will not be interpreted as a waiver of our rights or remedies.
Entire Agreement
These terms, together with all policies referred to herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Connor relating to the subject matter herein and supersede any and all prior or contemporaneous written or oral agreements or understandings between you and Connor relating to the subject matter herein.
